Exploring Gut Health, Trauma, and Relationship to Food

Join Olivia Hensal, MS, CNS, CDN functional nutritionist, and I as we dive deeply into the intersection of mental health and gut health in our upcoming 3 week series!

We will explore the connection between trauma and gut health, and the impact on our relationship with food.

The first class we will be uprooting the weeds through awareness and exploration.

The second class is about planting new seeds for health and wellbeing to heal the gut through a series of practices and helpful tools to take with you.

The third class is about watering our newly planted seeds to assure healthy growth. We will be doing a creative exercise together to help internalize new patterns and beliefs. This series is $60 for all three and will take place on Wednesday’s at 7 pm on May 8th, 15th, and 22nd. We hope to see you there!
