Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website, I am so glad you stopped by. I imagine since you are here, you are seeking a different approach to healing. Whether you are ready to manage your anxiety, emotions and life challenges more effectively, or heal your relationship with food, yourself, your health, your body or all of the above, I am here to support your journey to healing.

Over the years, I have had to learn to manage my own struggles with body image, anxiety, hormone imbalance, food issues and digestive disorders. I know first hand that creating a healthy relationship with food, your body and with yourself is complicated, overwhelming and challenging.

Those that I serve are intelligent and successful yet feel their struggles with anxiety, their emotions and at times food are one area of their lives where they don’t feel successful. Rather, they feel out of control, frustrated and shameful. My integrative approach offers a different way to manage your emotions, your life, food, and overall health and wellness so you too can move forward with a sense of freedom and wellbeing.

Through my many years of supporting those who struggle with emotional, stress and disordered eating, together we discovered many elements to healing that are consistently useful along this difficult and yet valuable journey of making peace with food. When it comes down to it, it is never really about the food.

Last year I gathered these primary themes and put them together in my book: Wholistic Food Therapy: A Mindful Approach to Making Peace with Food. It is a workbook and expressive journal that helps you address the root cause of emotional eating. 

I am now offering these themes integrated into supportive, online group coaching courses as well! You can check out my courses page for more information.

Aside from living my purpose through my work, I love learning about all things related to health and wellness, visiting local apothecaries, spending time in nature, reading, exploring NYC, trying new restaurants, making art and listening to good music!
