While I am not in-network with any insurance companies, if your plan offers out-of-network coverage I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

$250/ 50 minute psychotherapy session

$750/ 2.5 hour EMDR intensive

$1200/ 4 hour EMDR intensive

$2000/ 3 month health or empowerment coaching package

$4000/ 6 month health or empowerment coaching package

I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients with financial need, please reach out to see if there are any sliding scale openings available.

Payment is due at the time of service. You can choose to keep a credit card on file or pay with Venmo/Paypal, Zelle, or Applepay.

My policy is that you must offer 24 hours notice to cancel or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. I am happy to explain the details of my reschedule policy during the initial consultation.

Currently, all sessions are being held by video call. This has proven to be an equally effective mode of therapy. I am licensed for telehealth sessions in New York, Virginia, and Florida.
