This 6 week, online skills-based group will help you foster empowerment and specific techniques to integrate immediately based on the current challenges. Below is a breakdown of what you will learn week by week:

  • Week 1: Overview of mind body techniques, understanding the nervous system, deep breathing and mindfulness meditation practice

  • Week 2: Thought examination techniques, reframing and releasing negative fear-based thoughts

  • Week 3: River Meditation - a guided meditative visualization technique to recognize and release thoughts and calm the mind and body

  • Week 4: Self-affirming statements to feel empowered

  • Week 5: Mindful eating, movement and living to engage with the present moment

  • Week 6: How to integrate it all, mastery, what's working so far, question & answer, closing collective meditation
